Work from any computer

One of my most important workflow tools is Dropbox.  Dropbox provide 2 GB of free storage.  You have a local folder on any computers on which you have installed the application. You can access your files from any computer.  Synchronization is automatic.  I find it far more useful than iDisk.  One thing to be careful of, if you access your files another Dropbox user's computer use a different browser to the one that they are logged in under.
